The Marriott West Wing [ 10F | hot | u/c ]

The Company is currently developing the Marriott West Wing, a 10-storey annex to the Marriott Hotel Manila with approximately 3,000 sq. m. in ground area which is expected to add 227 rooms across approximately 31,000 sq. m. of built-up space, catering primarily to VIP guests and Marriott rewards members. The Marriott West Wing is expected to feature 29 junior suites and one presidential suite, a VIP all day dining facility, a Chinese restaurant, bar and lounge and business facilities, pool, gym and spa facility, and a golf terrace offering direct access to the Villamor golf course. The Marriott West Wing is also expected to be connected to the main Marriott Hotel Manila, the planned Marriott Grand Ballroom and other parts of Resorts World Manila by a footbridge. The Marriott West Wing will include 127 additional parking spaces across three basement decks. The Marriott West Wing is expected to be operated by RHICL under a management agreement with the Company. Excavation at the Marriott West Wing site began in July 2013. The Marriott West Wing is expected to be completed by the end of 2015.
