Landtraders breaks ground for Royal Garden Residences


WITH its first project San Marino Residences well on its way to completion, local real estate developer Landtraders World Properties Corp. (LWPC) breaks ground for its newest development, the Royal Garden Residences.

The Royal Garden Residences is a 12-storey building set to rise on a 593 sq. m. land located along F. Cabahug St. in Brgy. Kasambagan. It will have 165 units, all one-bedroom with an average floor area of 22 sq. m. The units will be delivered to future homeowners as finished with cabinets, tiles, and furnishings.

The ground level will have some commercial establishments, while condominium units on the second level may be converted into small office home office (SOHO).

The residential condominium will feature basic amenities such as a two-level parking, reception area, individual mailboxes, a gym and a viewing deck.

LWPC takes pride in Royal Garden Residences’ location, as it is close to everything – the commercial establishments and call centers along F. Cabahug St., Cebu IT Park and Cebu Business Park. The Royal Garden Residences are ideal for young professionals working in these areas.

A model unit will be ready at the LWPC office within the month. Construction is set to start in January, and estimated to be finished in 15 months.
